特徵描述

形態特徵

Main stems erect, decumbent and bearing rhizophores near the base, 20-50 cm tall, lower portion without leafy branches, or with very short leafy branches.
Leaves at base of a stem all alike, distant, ovate, entire, acute at apex, auricled at base, nearly equal-sided, pointing upwards; lateral leaves of a branch oblong, entire, apiculate at apex, narrowed at base, unequal-sided; median leaves very unequal-sided, lanceolate, entire, shortly cuspidate at apex.
Strobili terminal on the leafy branchlets, 5-30 mm long, 4-angled; sporophylls all of one type, ovate-acuminate, equal-sided, keeled, the margins entire.

分布

台灣 : Growing on the montane forest floors at low and medium altitudes throughout the Island.
世界 : China, India, Nepal, Burma, the Philippines, Malaya, New Guinea and Polynesia.
